When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

How do I choose the right size?
Our sizing is based on your pet's weight, back length, and girth. Measure your companion and match to the chart below:

• XS — Up to 8 lbs · Back 8–10" · Girth 12–15"
• S — Up to 12 lbs · Back 10–12" · Girth 15–18"
• M — Up to 17 lbs · Back 12–14" · Girth 16–20"
• L — Up to 25 lbs · Back 13–16" · Girth 20–24"

What's your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and original packaging. To start a return or exchange, email contact@naminopaws.com and we'll help you out.
