Refund policy

Returns

We want you and your pet to love every purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with tags attached and original packaging

For the comfort and hygiene of all pets, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

To start a return, simply email contact@naminopaws.com and we’ll help you get started.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? We’re happy to help.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.

  • To start an exchange, email contact@naminopaws.com with your order number and the size you’d like.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll gladly offer a refund or store credit.

Final Sale & Gifts

  • Gift cards and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If your order included a complimentary gift, it's yours to keep, even if you return your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you expected, please reach out within 10 days of delivery. 

Email contact@naminopaws.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund. If a return is needed, we’ll cover the cost.
